Tennis Footwork & Core Training
Towpath offers a unique program, specialized for tennis players, to improve the footwork, speed, agility and endurance of competitive players on and off the court. Towpath's trainer, Kyle Otto, has a degree with the National Personal Training Institute and a background in soccer. Kyle has trained young soccer athletes in his Individualized Foot Skill/Fitness Training Soccer Academy. In 2010, Kyle worked closely with Towpath Owner, Dallas Aleman, and his son, Alex, to develop and improve high-level foot skills and core strength for tennis. Two years later, Towpath implemented this new Tennis Training program, and made it available to players of all ages and ability levels.
Junior Fitness TrainingA 1-hour junior fitness training session is available every Thursday. Members and non-members are welcome to attend. Registration is weekly by calling 330.928.8763.

Member: $15 Non-member:$21
One-on-one and small group training sessions are also available with Kyle by appointment. Players have the option to choose training off court or on court, and non-members are also welcome to participate.
Personal Fitness Training
- Off court work includes core strength training, speed and agility drills.
- On court work includes an emphasis on balance, weight transfer, recovery and readiness, movement and speed. The ball machine will be used to increase stress levels and endurance during points.
