Cardio Tennis
Cardio tennis uses your favorite sport to give you the best aerobic workout you’ve ever had! Towpath teaching pros direct participants in a warm-up, cardio workout and cool down–and it’s with music! You’ll hits lots of balls, but the focus is on fitness. Here are some more benefits:
- Players of ALL skill levels can do Cardio Tennis
- Participants will consistently elevate their heart rate into their aerobic training zone
- Participants can burn more calories than any hour of singles or doubles
- Cardio Tennis is similar to interval training with short periods of high intensity training and rest–one of the best ways to train for optimal fitness.

All players will benefit from this heart-pumping, calorie-burning class! Registration is weekly.
