Towpath Tennis is located in the scenic Merriman Valley just south of the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Our buildings were designed featuring Biophilic elements that connect humans with an innate love of nature through the use of natural elements like exposed wood, natural light, and fantastic views outside. Our facilities are places where players and visitors can experience a sense of well-being, and offers a unique location for special events such as birthday parties, team parties, wedding or baby showers, business meetings, anniversary or retirement parties and more!

The Tennis Lodge

The Tennis Lodge can host events on our second floor event space. It is fully handicap-accessible and can host up to 50 guests.

We have 6 ft round tables, 12 ft conference tables and black metal chairs. Amenities include a kitchenette, family restroom with a changing table, handicap lift for accessibility and free high speed WiFi.

Items available for rent include a Bluetooth speaker system with microphone, 75″ television and additional tables and chairs.

Special events in our Tennis Lodge can also be combined with facility rental for indoor tennis and pickleball courts and/or the MultiBall Wall.

Basecamp

Basecamp is a new retrofitting of the old Towpath clubhouse that has been completely renovated. Towpath is the most northern public facility before you enter the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. This is where an adventure could begin or end for pickleball, tennis hiking, biking, kayaking, or hosting a party or meeting in perfect rustic setting.

Basecamp can host 50-60 guests.

Indoor facilities include round tables, a conference table, black metal chairs, fully-equipped kitchen, 2nd floor men’s and women’s restrooms and locker rooms, a sound system and fiber optic service for high speed WiFi connectivity inside and outside.

Outdoor facilities include six pickleball courts, two outdoor tennis courts with conversion to pickleball courts, patio areas, outdoor seating and viewing areas.
