Members may reserve courts on a seasonal contract basis. Contracts run for 34 weeks during our indoor season. (Sundays have been adjusted for 32 weeks.) Signed contracts must be accompanied by a 10% down payment and submitted annually by Aug. 15. Current contract holders have the right of first refusal on their contract time. This right of first refusal expires each year on May 1. The remaining balance for contract court time is billed in four equal installments on Aug. 31, Oct. 31, Dec. 31, and Jan. 31.

Reservations are not subject to cancellation after contract is signed. Regardless of player changes, the group members are responsible for the total court fee. There will be a $25 administration fee for changes that result in a re-division of billing for the group.

2024-25 Seasonal Contract Rates: 
Doubles: $12.50/hr per person

Rates are based on four people per doubles court, and include the price of one can of balls per court per week. All participants must be Towpath members and have a card on file to process installment payments. Non-members may sub, but guest fees will apply.

2024-25 Play Schedule:
The 2024-25 indoor season will begin Aug. 24, 2024 and run until May 5, 2025. There will be no seasonal reservation play on the following dates:
Sept. 2 – Labor Day
Nov. 28-Dec. 1 – Thanksgiving Break
Dec 24-Jan. 1 – Winter Break
March 1-2 – USTA/Midwest Tournament
April 20 – Easter Sunday
